Cavalier Teams Up With Bludwork For Forward-Thinking EP Soul Advance
Anyone who’s been watching Cavalier’s artistic progression over the years knows just how talented and forward-thinking the producer is. In his early years he collaborated with the likes of Night Lovell, Fifty Grand, Oshi, Montell2099 and more, while he released his debut album Innate in 2018, offering a brand new, more glitchy and wonky twist to his signature sound.
Now, after dozen of singles, as well as remixes for the likes of Lil Uzi Vert, Choker and Tierra Whack, Cavalier has teamed up with Bludwork to release joint EP Soul Advance via Alpha Pup Records. The 6-track masterpiece is yet another testament to Cavalier’s talent when it comes to making futuristic and soulful beats, as he creates atmospheres and grooves that Bludwork rides perfectly with his catchy vocal lines. High-tempo vibe “Infiltrator” kicks off the EP, while title track “Soul Advance” is one of the highlights, dominated by weird effects and hard bass. Previously-released, lead single “Memory” closes out the tracklist in a stunning fashion, rounding off this masterpiece of an EP.
