Medasin Unveils Intimate Gem “I Feel Strange” & Announces Third Album

Earlier this month, Medasin finally ended his 3-year hiatus, launching an exciting new chapter by way of “Star Song,” a pensive introduction to his third album. Heavily teased over the past years, Medasin’s forthcoming body of work is set to fully unveil the fruits of an intricate and personal musical journey, which found the multi-faceted producer deconstructing his process and moving to a version of himself that feels as honest as ever.

Now, the album’s second single “I Feel Strange” has been released, alongside the full album announcement. Titled always in a hurry, Medasin’s forthcoming record is out April 28th, and will feature 10 tracks spread across two sides.

“Tbh this feels like my first real “album”. This music reflects me absolutely sprinting forward into creativity in a way I had never gotten to before. It’s a period of true creative mania. The music is very fast and chaotic and completely bursting with sound and life,” revealed the artist in a social media post.

“I Feel Strange” makes for yet another auditory gem from Medasin, filled with heavenly melodies and warm instrumentation. Featuring vocals from Miko, strings by Meridian and stunning saxophone and flute lines from Hailey Niswanger, “I Feel Strange” ebbs and flows in a fascinating way, taking listeners on an intimate journey that feels as chaotic as it does intentional.
