Mr. Carmack And Jak Bannon Connect For “The Story”
Two immensely talented artists, Mr. Carmack and Jak Bannon just joined forces, teaming up on the latter’s second single “The Story.“ Having already established himself in the scene as a musician with his debut single “The Trade,” produced by fellow talent and Lucid Monday favourite quickly, quickly, Jak Bannon is now ready to take the next step in his career.
Mostly known as a visual artist, Jak Bannon started shooting videos for Diddy last year, and has worked with the mogul on a lot of projects. Additionally, he has collaborated with fellow artist Gibson Hazard on massive projects for Lil Uzi Vert, Dr. Dre and more.
Mr. Carmack on the other hand, is an undisputed OG in the scene, having released more than a handful of projects, most recently a collaborative EP with Promnite under their brand new joint Project Paradis alias.
Teaming up on “The Story,“ Jak Bannon and Mr. Carmack couldn’t have brought out the best out of each other in a better way. Much more toned down and introspective than “The Trade,” “The Story” ebbs and flows with the help of smooth atmospheres, piano chords and a driving yet minimal beat, all under Jak Bannon’s heartfelt vocals.
