“out da bubble” - ini, Dilip & Olswel
Longtime Lucid Monday favorites ini, Dilip and Olswel have jumped together on a track once again, offering bouncy energy on “out da bubble.” All three artists have had their fair share of accomplishments over the past years, known for their intricate respective styles, as well as collaborations with some of the scene’s best. ini’s first release on Lucid Monday came in the form of “fatigue” with sui.luj off LM013, while he has also been featured on LM017, LM023, and LM024. Dilip on the other hand has produced for the likes of Soulja Boy, Lil Pump, Lil Uzi Vert, tobi lou, UnoTheActivist, BlocBoy JB, Lil Skies, Warhol.SS and more, while Olswel has received praise from Kenny Beats (alongside ini) and recently released his Perceptum EP with ANH.
“out da bubble” is the perfect followup to the trio’s previous collaboration “Ridin’ Round” which came out in 2019, this time bringing along soulful harmonies and playful melodies. As expected, ini, Dilip and Olswel always keep the listener wondering where they’re going to go with their arrangement next, as “out da bubble” starts off with minimal synth work, before introducing more harmonies and melodies, and utlimately fading out into a stunning orchestral outro section.
