TEK.LUN just released his latest masterpiece, experimental track “required chaos I”. The Baltimore producer has been making a name for himself over the past decade, going from uploading his first beats on YouTube in 2010, to having now released more than a handful of albums and working with the likes of Aminé, GoldLink and Lupe Fiasco.
“required chaos I” is a stunning showcase of production and sound design. According to TEK.LUN, all sounds are from scratch except the vocals, something that makes the listening experience even more surreal. A piano-driven atmosphere kicks off the track before weird effects and almost arrhythmical grooves take over. An impressive synth section follows, as well as a distorted, bass-heavy beat.
