Following his two 2020 EPs Take Time and When It's All Said and Done, the former of which was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best R&B Album, Giveon has finally unveiled his debut studio project, Give Or Take. Spanning over 15 tracks with no features, Give Or Take marks Giveon’s most personal piece of work, while putting together a stunning lineup of acclaimed and up-and-coming producers. Here are our favorite producers who contributed to the project’s sound.
Nils

German producer, engineer and multi-instrumentalist Nils has been in music throughout his entire life. A classically trained musician, he has become notorious as a sample maker, while having co-produced for the likes of Juice WRLD, Kodak Black, Beyoncé, 21 Savage, Future and many more.
Rowan
Production credits on “This Will Do”
Hailing from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he has worked alongside the likes of Bryson Tiller, G-Eazy, Russ and Rick Ross. He co-produced “This Will Do” alongside GreyForever and Giveon himself.
Jahaan Sweet
Production credits on “Tryna Be,” “For Tonight,” “Another Heartbreak” and “Remind Me”
Jahaan Sweet co-produced “For Tonight” alongside Peter Lee Johnson, Leon Thomas III, Akeel and Sevn Thomas, the lead single off Give Or Take, which has quickly become one of Giveon’s most streamed solo songs. Recently, he also received a Grammy nomination for his contributions to Jon Batiste’s award-winning album WE ARE.
