Spotlighting Our Favorite Producers On Gunna’s 'DS4EVER'

After much anticipation, Gunna has returned with the fourth and final installment of his Drip Season series, DS4EVER. This marks the celebrated rapper’s first solo project since 2020’s WUNNA, and finds him delivering an impressive tracklist spanning 19 songs, including features from the likes of Future, Young Thug, 21 Savage, Lil Baby and more. As always, we’re here to shine the light on the producers who work tirelessly in order to make projects like these happen, so here are our favorites off DS4EVER.

Dez Wright
Production credits on “mop”and “life of sin”

Dez Wright is a Grammy Award-winning producer known for his love of synths and incredible versatility. He has worked with names ranging from POORSTACY and Scarlxrd, to Bad Bunny, Pop Smoke and Lil Skies. In 2021 alone, he lent his production talents to the likes of Drake, Young Thug, Roddy Ricch, Don Toliver and many more.

Ambezza
Production credits on “die alone”

Ambezza just received his first Diamond certification with Drake and Future’s “Life Is Good,” which he produced alongside OZ, as well as a Grammy nomination for his production on “Girls Want Girls” off CLB. He also just teamed up with Otxhello to produce NBA YoungBoy’s latest single “Fish Scale,” which landed at #1 on YouTube’s Trending charts within 24 hours of its release.

Nik Dean

Nik Dean's production alongside Wheezy on "25k jacket" featuring Lil Baby makes up for one of the most infectious tracks on the project. A platinum producer, he has worked with the likes of G-Eazy, NAV, Kodak Black, Anuel AA and many more.

One of Gunna’s closest producers, Wheezy produced some of the strongest songs off DS4EVER; taking care of the beats on tracks featuring Future, Young Thug and Lil Baby. A veteran within the industry, Wheezy solely produced Gunna’s 2017 debut Drip or Drown, as well as executively produced Drip or Drown 2 and WUNNA alongside Turbo and Young Thug.

Charlie Handsome's production on “so far ahead ᐳ empire” alongside Turbo and Taurus truly takes the song to the next level, while his credentials as a producer and songwriter are nothing short of impressive.
