Spotlighting Our Favorite Producers On Yeat's ‘Lyfë’

Following his powerful single “Talk,” which was released last week, Yeat has finally returned with his anticipated 5th extended play, Lyfë. The mysterious rapper’s meteoric rise in popularity this year is undisputed, while Lyfë marks his second full-length release of 2022, with February’s 2 Alivë having largely contributed toward his acclaim. Yeat’s sound is undeniably unique, with his producers playing a huge part in shaping the sonics behind his records. Here are our favorites who contributed to the explosive sound of Lyfë.

BNYX

Production credits on “Flawlëss,” “Out thë way,” “Wat it feel lykë,” “Can't stop it,” “Talk” and “Killin ëm”

BNYX has built a name for himself off his productions for the likes of Zack Fox, Lil Uzi Vert, Ty Dolla $ign and many more. His first big break came by way of his unique take on Travis Scott’s remix of Rae Sremmurd’s “Swang,” and is a valuable contributor to Lyfë with his sonic identity evident in six out of the project’s 12 tracks.

Production credits on “Out thë way”

A truly versatile producer, Snapz teamed up with BNYX to produce “Out thë way” off Lyfë, which marks the second time he crosses paths with Yeat, following his production on “Stayëd tha same” off Up 2 Më. He has worked alongside the likes of Kodak Black, Don Toliver, Tory Lanez and more.

Production credits on “Got it all”

dulio got his first big break earlier this year when he contributed to a handful of songs off Yeat’s 2 Alivë and 2 Alivë (Gë4k Pack). He has additionally worked with rising artists such as sgpwes, Pasto Flocco, Yung Fazo and more, and we can’t wait to see him grow throughout the rest of the year. He co-produced "Got it all" alongside Osmo, a talented designer and record producer from Ontario, Canada, who has worked with the likes of Lancey Foux and Unotheactivist.
