Spotlighting The Producers On 6LACK’s New EP '6pc Hot'

Arguably one of the most prolific hip-hop and R&B artists emerging in recent years, 6LACK has undoubtedly cemented himself as a massive act within the music industry; a forward-thinking artist with a lot to say. His self-reflective hooks and unfiltered honesty on albums such as FREE 6LACK and East Atlanta Love Letter are the perfect display of his massive talent, that he just proved once again with his latest, 6-track project 6pc Hot EP via Interscope, executively produced by FWDSLXSH and Singawd

A prolific artist, also known for his own classy originals, Gravez is undoubtedly a go-getter. Aside from producing for the likes of Bryson Tiller, Jay Prince, Russ, MadeinTYO and ELHAE, he also running his own company Render, consistently providing fellow producers with tools such as sample and preset packs, allowing them to step up their production game.  

London Cyr

Having produced “Can’t Say” off of Travis Scott’s massive Astroworld album, as well as “What To Do” with Don Toliver from the rapper’s JACKBOYS project, London Cyr is undoubtedly a force to be reckoned with. Additionally, he has worked with the likes of KILLY, Shy Glizzy and 88GLAM

Taking on the production of 4 songs off 6pc Hot EP, FWDSLXSH is undoubtedly the star producer on the project. Having provided beats for both of 6LACK’s previous full length studio albums, he is no stranger to working with the artist. Additionally, his production credits include productions for the likes of PARTYNEXTDOOR, Swae Lee, Lil Nas X, Doja Cat, Goldlink and more.

Production credits on “Long Nights”

Another artist widely known for his original productions, Stwo’s ambient yet attention-grabbing beats are hard to ignore. His 2017 gem “Neither Do I” featuring Jeremih has amassed almost 50 million streams on Spotify, while he has worked with a large number of heavyweights behind the scenes, most notably Drake and Frank Ocean

Nick Mira

Probably the most prolific producer within Internet Money, Nick Mira is known for his seamless melodic beats, regular beatmaking livestreams and immense creativity. Aside from working extensively with the late Juice WRLD, Nick Mira has also produced for the likes of Lil Tecca, Trevor Daniel, Lil Skies and Trippie Redd, as well as Post Malone, Young Thug, Lil Uzi Vert, DaBaby and many more.

Producing for 6LACK is definitely a massive step for Jack Ro, marking his biggest  placement to date. The producer is mostly known for working extensively with independent Toronto-based rapper Sean Leon

Joe Reeves

Young producer Joe Reeves signed with Sony/ATV Music Publishing less than a year ago, and quickly went on to produce “I Don’t Want Your Money” off Ed Sheeran’s No.6 Collaborations Project. He has also produced a handful of singles for talented duo dvsn, that are signed to Drake’s OVO Sound
