Verzache Drops Highly-Anticipated New Album 'My Head Is A Moshpit'
Coming up on SoundCloud, and later establishing himself on Spotify with his viral hit “Needs,” that has amassed almost 130 million streams after it blew up on TikTok, Verzache has definitely come a long way. Now, after a sting of well-received singles, he is once again proving why he is one of the hottest names Toronto has to offer, dropping his highly-anticipated debut album My Head Is A Moshpit.
Coming in at an impressive 19 tracks, including 3 interludes, My Head Is A Moshpit is without a doubt a breathtaking auditory journey, and sees Verzache realize his full artistic potential in a multitude of ways. Throughout the tracklist, Verzache showcases his distinct production style, pairing glossy guitars, vibrant synths, gritty bass and a mix of organic and sequenced percussion, making up for a unique sonic mix. When it comes to the lyrical content, the young talent pours his heart out and lets his listeners take a glimpse into his personal life and his mental struggles. As he told Liz on our latest Liz on Mondays installment, My Head Is A Moshpit is him at his worst and him at his best; the lowest of lows and highest of highs.
